Description:
This is a brand new, dual display, 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) programable PID temperature/process controller. This controller is for applications where it is desirable to have the set point automatically adjust itself over time. Up to 30 steps can be programed to A) ramp the temperature up or down at controlled rate, B) Maintain the temperature for a specific periode time, C) turn on/off the relays (alarm relay) after process reachs a specific step. D) High flexibility in program commands such as jump (for loops), run, hold and stop after process reachs a specific step. Common applications for this controller include controlling the temperature of glass kiln and heat treatment oven.
This controller has all the features of the standard PID controller (except the manual contol and On/Off control). The dual alarm relay can be activated either by the temperature set point or by program steps. They can be used for interlock other equipments in the process.
