This is a dual channel, 1/16 DIN size (1.89 x1.89" or 48 x 48 mm) temperature/process controller. This controller has a two-line display, which can display two temp sensors at the same time. This controller has two separate control channels with two separate SSR outputs. Common applications of this controller include controlling the temperature of industrial equipment, laboratory equipment, espresso machines, beer brewing systems, BBQ grills/smokers, heat treatment ovens, glass kilns, and aquariums.
The controller uses an advanced PID algorithm that can efficiently handle systems that are usually sluggish or difficult to control. The controller will hold the temperature within a reasonable range of the default PID parameters. The auto-tune feature will improve control accuracy and stability to within one degree of accuracy. In most cases, there is no need for users to toggle the confusing PID parameters in order to get the system stabilized.
This high-precision, fully featured industrial-grade PID controller supports popular thermocouple and RTD temp sensors, which cover almost every possible application requirement. All the control and setting parameters are stored in the non-volatile memory, even when the controller is powered off. Newly added advanced cold junction compensation circuits further reduce the temperature drift when the thermocouple sensor is used.
This unit has two 12VDC outputs for controlling external solid state relays (SSRs).

Limitations
- No manual mode. Only PID mode or ON/OFF mode
- Both channels need to use the same type temp sensors.
- No alarm dry relay outputs, only two 12V DC SSR alarm outputs (one for each channel).
