Description:
This is a dual display, 1/16 DIN size (1.89x1.89" or 48 x 48 mm) temperature/process controller. Common applications of this controller include controlling the temperature of industrial equipment, laboratory equipment, espresso machines, beer brewing systems, BBQ grills/smokers, heat treatment ovens, glass kilns, and aquariums.
The controller uses an advanced artificial intelligence enhanced PID algorithm that can efficiently handle systems that are usually sluggish or difficult to control by a traditional PID controller. The controller will hold the temperature within a reasonable range of the default PID parameters. The auto-tune feature will improve control accuracy and stability to within one degree of accuracy. In most cases, there is no need for users to toggle the confusing PID parameters in order to get the system stabilized.
This high precision, full featured industrial grade controller supports more than twenty different input devices that cover almost every possible application requirement. Two alarm outputs can be activated by 10+ methods/situations. All the control and setting parameters are stored in the non-volatile memory even when the controller is powered off. Recently, we added an advanced cold junction compensation circuit to further reduce the temperature drift when the thermocouple sensor is used.
This unit has a built-in zero-crossing solid state relay (SSR) that can handle 2 Amp of load. The zero-crossing switching feature will avoid the noise caused by inductive load. It makes the controller more stable than the controller with relay contact output (SYL-2342) when switching inductive load such as a contactor, solenoid valve, and small motor.
Please note that this is NOT for our DC triggered AC SSR. It can not handle more than 300W (at 110V ) either.
Note 1: 12~24V AC/DC power supply version is also offered. Please check here.
Note 2: 2 x #4 wood screw for mounting are included.
Refurbished product is limited in stock here.
