Temperature Controller for Off-set Style & Large Smoker 20 CFM

This PID controller is for controlling the temperature of a large backyard smoker or off-set type smoker. This system contains a 20 CFM blower that is more powerful than the other system we offer.  Developed by industrial control engineers, this controller utilizes an advanced AI (artificial intelligence) enhanced PID algorithm that can hold the cooking temperature within a tight range and prevent temperature overshooting from disturbance such as opening/closing the pit lid, wind, sun, and ambient temperature drops.

The system includes:

1. Controller with artificial intelligence enhanced PID control program. It has bright LED for outdoor use. It has a built-in buzzer that can be set for both low limit and high limit alarm. This controller has been tested with many commonly used smokers with excellent feedback. Most customers found that there is no need to tune the controller. Just set the temperature and run it off the bat.
2. AC to 12VDC adapter with 1A maximum output. Note: we only carry adapters for two major plugs used worldwide: NEMA1-15 and CEE7/16. For US and most international orders we will ship the adapter for NEMA1-15 by default. For European continental countries we will ship the adapter for CEE7/16. Customers in some countries may need to find a plug converter in local electronic store to make the adapter fit into their socket.
3. K type thermocouple with alligator clip that can be easily attached to the rack.
4. A snap-on 20 CFM blower that can be installed on many smoker pit without using an adapter. The requirement is that the mounting hole should be less than 1.85 (48 mm) at the maximum dimension. This unique design (patent pending) is much easier to install than the other products on the market. Click here to see how easy it is to install or remove the blower.  If the snap-on spring can't be used, the flange of the blower also has four mounting holes for screw mounting. The blower has a built-in shutter that completely blocks the draft when the fan motor stops.
5. 6" of High temperature aluminum foil tape for blocking unused venting holes.

Note:
1. If you have DeWalt® power drill or other power tools that use DeWalt® 20V Max battery, PA-DD1 power adapter will allow you to power our charcoal smoker controllers with the same battery. Please find it here. 
2. Optional 12V Li-ion battery pack can be purchased from other vendors (Amazon Link). Auber has tested this 12V/8300mAh battery pack, which has enough capacity to power our BBQ controller with fan for a regular smoking or BBQ process.
3. Optional Inline Power Switch Cord (DCcord3) for controller's power input is offered. It can be used to manually turn off the controller and blower.   
4. Optional Inline Power Switch Cord for Blower (DCcord5) is offered. It can be used to manually turn off the blower when you want to open the smoker's lid. 
5. To drive more than one blowers for large smoker (customized smoker), please check power splitter cord. 

Specifications:

* Up to 3 A can be handled by the controller if the user replace the original power adapter with a more powerful one.
