Smoker/BBQ Sensor, 6 in Probe, 1/2 NPT Thread

This is a probe that is designed to be used with Auber's H series electric smoker controllers (AW-1520H, WST-1520H, WSD-1500H, WSD-1500H-W, WS-1211H, WSD-1200H) and Auber's WiFi BBQ/grill controllers SYL-3615 and SYL-2615. It can be mounted to a smoker to detect the air temperature in the smoker. It provides an alternative to the free-hanging sensor (WS-SENSOR17) or the wall-mount sensor (WS-SENSOR19).

The 1/2" NPT thread on the probe makes it suitable for mounting on smokers that have a 1/2" NPT port. The probe tip with the threaded section is 6 inches (150 mm), long enough to go through an insulated wall and reach inside of a smoker. This probe has a detachable cable connector that joins the probe head with its cable. The cable can be unplugged from the probe head when the probe is not in use. The probe also comes with a silicone cap to protect the male connector from water or dust. 

The sensor cable is protected by stainless steel braiding. It has a molded 3.5 mm jack on one end and a female connector on the other end to pair with the connector on the probe.
