Pt100 RTD with 6 inch Pointed Probe

This PT100 RTD sensor has a 6" long pointed probe that can be used for measuring the internal temperature of food.

The probe tip is 6" (150 mm) long and 1/8" (3.0 mm) in diameter. The transition section is 0.3" in diameter and 2" long. Both tip and transition sections are made of 304 stainless steel.

The sensor comes with a 4.8' (1.5 m) color-coded three-conductor cable, and each conductor is insulated and protected with two layers of TEFLON. A braided cable, which has a layer of metal braiding, is also available.  

Cable options: 
Top: standard cable with Teflon insulation.
Middle: braided cable with extra Teflon insulation (out of stock).
Bottom: braided cable.
