K Type Thermocouple w/ alligator clip, Smoker, High Precision

This sensor is a K type thermocouple with an alligator clip on the tip and has a small thermal mass for faster responses in the air. It can be used for barbeque smokers, powder coating ovens and refrigerator applications. Users can clip it on the oven rack or on the adjacent parts. The sensor junction is at the round section of the alligator clip handle. It will measure the air temperature close to the handle, not the tip of the clip. With a compensated connector, it can give controller a more accurate readout by excluding the heat transmitted by user's hand.

Maximum working temperature: 500C (900F).

Cable: 6 ft (2 meters) long, Insulation: Fiberglass with stainless steel over braid. Terminated with compensated thermocouple mini connector.
