This 12 x 10 x 8" enclosure is made by 0.060" (1.5 mm) thick steel. The door comes with lock and key. The hinge of the door is removable. It can be installed on either the right or left side. This allows the user to put the pre-cut opening either on top or at the bottom without changing the door opening directions. Gasket and plugs are provided. The enclosure is designed to be mounted on a wall. You can directly mount it with screws or hang it on the wall with the optional hangers.
The box has a pre-cut hole on the top for external heatsink. If you are going to use SSR instead of contactor as the switching device, you can order the optional external mounted heat sink. The external mounted heat sink eliminates the venting requirement of the enclosure for internally mounted heat sink. It is more efficient and keeps the internal of the controller box free from the dust. Two different sizes of heat sink are offered, 4 A and 60A. The 40A heat sink is about 1 inch narrower and 1/4" shorter. Both heat sinks come with pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes for the box and SSR. 60A heat sink has mounting holes for two SSRs. Mounting screws and thermal conductive grease are included. There is no need to cut for installing the heat sink. Please select the heat sink size option when ordering.

- (1) 16mm round hole: round-shape K type thermocouple sensor panel mont connector (TCFEMALE-R).
- (1) 32mm round hole: strain-relief power grip for 50/60A power cord (PCCON-50A).
- (3) 21mm round holes: 1/2inch EMT fittings.
The side of the enclosure has (1) 40x50mm precut for 2-pole breaker switches: SWMD-DR or SWM-DR-C.
The two 45x45mm precuts on the front panel can be used for either of the combinations below:
- 1 x controller + 1 x timer: powder coating oven or distill control system.
- 2 x controller: RIMS beer brewing setup.
- 1 x controller + 1 x thermometer: kiln control and monitoring system.
To use the enclosure with PT100 RTD sensor, the sensor connector opening (16mm) on the bottom needs to be enlarged to 20mm to fit XLRCON-M connector.
Optional DIN rail set is offered. It includes one piece of DIN rail, one pair of DIN rail end caps and one set of mounting screws & nuts.

This is a control box built for a 50A, 240V powder coating oven. The front panel includes 1 x PID controller, 1 x timer, 2 x element switch, 1 x reset button for timer, 2 x alarm switches, 1 x volt meter, 1 x amp meter, and 1 x flashing buzzer The top is mounting with 1 x 60A heat sink. And the side is installed with 1 x 2-pole breaker switch.
