Product Update (5/30/2024): A new model AW-TH330B is available, which has a new function that allows the same device (for example, a ventilation fan) to be activated by both temperature and humidity conditions. Please see the manual of TH330B for details about the new parameter 'RLY' in the System menu.
This AW-TH330A plug-n-play temperature and humidity controller with Wi-Fi can be used for sausage curing, greenhouses, incubators, and other similar applications, controlling both temperature (heating or cooling) and humidity (humidifying or dehumidifying) at the same time. You only need to plug in the power cord from your heater/cooler and humidifier/dehumidifier to the output sockets on the controller.
The controller has a two-line LED display, two output sockets, one sensor module, and one input power cord. The top displays the measured temperature value (either in Celsius or Fahrenheit), and the bottom shows the measured humidity value (RH%). The left output socket connects to the heating/cooling devices while the right output socket is for a humidifier/dehumidifier. The sensor module contains both temperature and humidity sensors (2-in-1 sensor).
This controller can be used in high relative humidity (>85%) and condensing environments, which are among the most challenging conditions for humidity controllers. For example, when controlling the humidity of a curing fridge at temperatures below the dew point of the ambient environment, opening the fridge door will cause water to condense onto the sensor. Also, when controlling the humidity at a humidity level that is close to 100%, slight temperature drop may cause condensation on the sensor. As a result, this will usually lead to unstable readings on humidity sensors while also potentially damaging the sensor. The AW-TH330A, however, is equipped with the utmost robust sensor available on the market that is able to withstand such situations.
Exclusive features:
New humidity control parameters are introduced to limit the humidity output. In controlling curing chambers, there typically is a significant decrease in relative humidity whenever the compressor is running, or a large increase when the chamber door is opened. Humidity controllers on the market typically enable the humidity output immediately, which will create a big reading swing. However, with new humidity controller parameters in this controller, users are able to limit the humidity output to reduce reading swings. These parameters can be accessed directly through the controller’s keypad.
Wi-Fi Function:
This controller can connect to a Wi-Fi router via a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, and it can be operated via your smartphone remotely. The app-based control feature gives a sense that your controller is always in your pocket. And now, it's easier than ever to control all the features remotely and directly on the AuberWIFI app from your smart device. (As a good analogy, the difference between the web and app-based interface is just like the experience of finding the local weather information by using a weather app or by browsing the weather.com). Such advantages of using app-based control include:
1) Remote access. Using the AuberWIFI app, you can check/change the temperature/humidity set points and all the parameters at any time from anywhere, as long as you are connected to a cellular or WIFI internet. You will be able to monitor the device when you are not near the controller.
2) Easy to view and analyze performance. Our app offers graphic plots to show the temperature and humidity data over time. You can also export the data to a CSV file for further analysis.
3) User-friendly interface. Setting up control parameters through your smartphone is an easier and quicker alternative than the traditional keypad. Through the keypad and two-line display, you may need to refer to its manual to recheck the parameters from time to time again. But with the innovative AuberWIFI app, the function and setting range of each parameter will be denoted on the screen to save the hassle of maneuvering the device.
4) An integrated solution. The AuberWIFI app gives the user a sense that their phones are integrated as a part of their controller. The system has more functions and is easier to operate. Moreover, you can manage multiple devices from the Auber WIFI Device family just with a few clicks. Instead of using one app for only one device model, our smartphone app acts as the central control hub for different types of AuberWIFI devices, giving you a better user experience than web-based interfaces of other Wi-Fi enabled devices.

Note:
- The controller can display the temperature unit in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- The default sensor cable is 6 ft (2 m). The 20 ft (6 m) cable option is also available.
- The replacement sensor for TH330 and AW-TH330 is HSR-HD300.
- To avoid condensed water dripping into the humidity sensor and damaging the circuit board, please consider hanging the sensor block facing down.
- Unlike the PID controllers we sell, this on/off controller will not hold the temperature as tight if the system has a very slow and delayed response. Some temperature overshot is normal.
- Although both temperature and humidity output can handle up to 15A of power, the combined total power of the two channels is limited to 15A due to the limitation of the input power cord.
- The input power plug is a US NEMA 5-15P plug. For users located in countries that require a different plug, please check if these plug travel adapters can fit.
- The output power sockets are US NEMA 5-15R sockets. Users in other countries may need to find plug adapters or use wireable NEMA 5-15P plugs.
