This high precision, well featured industrial grade pressure controller can work with the pressure sender. This controller has some useful features that many other pressure controllers on the market don't have. The dual display allows the user to see both set pressure and actual pressure at the same time. This is a useful feature for applications that pressure setting needs to be changed frequently. If you forgot the pressure setting, you don't have to push any button to find it out.
The main control output can be set for either increasing or decreasing the pressure. The controller also has two programmable alarm relays that can be set as absolute alarm or deviation alarm to warn the user when pressure is beyond a set point. The alarm output can also be used in conjunction with the main control output as a dual output controller. e.g. User can use the main control output to drive a vaccum pump and the high limit alarm output to drive a compressor. When the pressure is below the set point, the compressor will be on. When the pressure is above the set point, the vacucum pump will be turned on.
In addition to the on/off control mode which meets the needs of most the applications, the controller can also be set to PID control mode for higher precision control. All settings can be locked with pass code to prevent accidental change by the operator.
Two controller variations are offer: SYL-2L42Y can drive mechanical contactor/relay, and SYL-2L52Y can drive Solid State Relay (SSR).
Note 1: This controller has 5V DC power output to drive your external pressure transducer. If your transducer needs to be powered by 12V or 24V, you need to supply external power supply for it.
Note 2: This controller cannot read temperature sensor like RTD or thermocouple. For linear signal input, this controller can read 0-20mA (w/ 250 Ohms resistor, not included), 4-20mA (w/ 250 Ohms resistor, not included), 0-5V or 1-5V. It cannot read 0-1V or 0.2-1V.
