This solid state voltage regulator / proportional controller (SSVR) is for regulating the AC power. It requires a linear signal to control the AC voltage output from zero to maximum. This high performance SSVR module provides a competitive linear voltage and power output. The output is adjustable across its full input range. Please see the input & output chart below.
This SSVR module is in the size of a regular three-phase SSR. Similar to solid state relay (SSR), SSVR also generates heat when current passes through it. Each ampere of current produces about 1.5W of heat. User needs to mount it to a heat conducting metal surface, or use our SSR heat sink with proper current rating.
The SSVR is ideal for resistive type applications like heating element. It can also be used for some simple motor application, such as AC fans and AC water pumps. This SSVR is not recommended for single phase asynchronous motors (VFD is recommended instead).
This regulator works with US 110V (L, N), US 240V (L1, L2) and Intl 220V (L, N), 50 or 60Hz power.

Wiring for the control signals:
1. 4-20mA: Terminal 4-20mA as positive, COM as negative
2. 0-5V: Terminal 0-5V as positive, COM as negative
3. 0-10V: Terminal 0-10V as positive, COM as negative.

Note: This SSVR should to be mounted on a heat sink to dissipate heat. Thermal grease (SI-07) should be applied between the SSVR and heat sink to help transfer heat. For more information, please see this link.
