This is a 240V/75A auxiliary control panel designed for customers who already own Auber SSR based control panels, such as PCO series oven control panels. It provides additional support when upgrading to a larger oven or adding more heating elements to an existing oven, especially when the main control panel cannot manage the increased current or wattage. This 75A auxiliary panel connects directly to the main control panel for seamless operation.
Feature:
- No separate temp control in this auxiliary panel. Your main PCO panel will control this panel.
- Enclosure with 1/2" Knockouts for easy connection.
- Volt and Amp meters for displaying system power level.
- Solid State Relay (SSR) for long lasting, fast and noise free power switching.
- Contactor for completely cut off power to the element.
- Strain-relief power cord connector for hard-wiring the power line.
- Independent thermometer, flashing audible buzzer for high/low temp alarms.
- One oven temperature probe w/ mounting screws is included (both sensor and cable are rated for 900ºF).
- Assembled in U.S.
Important notes:
1. This auxiliary panel doesn't have a PID controller nor a temperature sensor. It cannot be used by itself. It needs to be used together with the Auber PCO control panel for electric ovens including PCO104, PCO204, PCO304, PCO404 and PCO504 as well as Auber legacy PCO control panels. This panel is also compatible with other Auber SSR based control panels such as KLN102, MS100, STL102, STL201, SMK103 and more. For questions, please contact us.
2. This control panel needs to be powered up by a separate power supply. This control panel is designed for North America 240V AC power lines which require four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground), same requirement as Auber PCO control panels. If you don't have neutral or if you are not in North America, please contact us.
3. This control panel comes with three output channels. There are two heater on/off switches on the front, one for each channel. Users can manually turn the each channel OFF. If turning either switch to ON position, the connected elements are controlled by the main control panel.
3. By using this auxiliary panel together with your main control panel, you can increase the supported oven size by an additional 180 Cu.Ft.
4. Connection is required between the main PCO control panel and this auxiliary panel. Minimum modification is needed on the main PCO control panel. Please provide your control panel part number during the checkout.
Power input & output connection options:
By default, power input & output cords need to be hardwired into this control panel. If you need a power output socket instead, please contact us.
Temperature sensor for thermometer:
The sensor provided in this control panel is our
TC-K3MM. It is suitable for low oven application and can handle up to 900 degree F. The 1/8" diameter probe offers a good balance between the fast response time in the air and reasonable mechanical strength. The base of the probe is made of a 0.55" (15 mm) long 5/16"-24 screw for easy mounting. The probe is 4" long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) diameter made of stainless steel with a plated brass base.
