Dual-Probe Smoker Controller Kit (240V 7000W)

The KIT-SMK103 is a DIY kit for your dual-probe smoker control panel. This system is designed to handle up to two 3000W/240V elements. Other than the heater output, this system comes with two 120V outlets to control your accessories during any steps, such as a smoke generator or a shower. Both 120V outputs can be controlled by the controller module automatically or by users directly. Two temperature probes are included: one for maintaining smoker cabinet temperature and the other for monitoring food temperature. Wiring diagram and punching specifications are available after purchase. 
  
This kit includes each of the following:

• 10 x 8 x 8" wall mount enclosure with knockouts and hangers.
• Dual-line display PID controller with 1-degree accuracy (using PT1000 RTD sensor). (Product Link SMD-200)
• Red illuminated push button switch for power control.
• 3 - Position selector switch for smoke generator and shower control.
• Two PT1000 RTD temperature probes for cabinet and food temperature.
• 40A SSR and 40A heat sink.
• Two 120V 15A NEMA 5-15R panel mount sockets for smoke generator and chiller.
• DIN rail and Din rail terminal blocks for power distribution.
• Strain Relief Power Cord Connector for 240V 30A power input.
• Fuse holders and fuses
• Engraved panel labeling tags.

• The control panel is designed for North America's 240V AC power line which requires four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
• Input power cord (SOOW 10/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
• The heating element is not included.
• Shower or smoke generator is not included.
• Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m), optional longer cable length 12 ft (3.65m) is also available. If you need a longer sensor cable, please contact us.
