The WS-2000F-USB is a thermocouple based plug-n-play PID temperature controller with up to 20 Amps output capability. Based on the popular model WS-2000F-TC, WS-2000F-USB installed our latest PID controller module with USB computer access. Available controller module options are SYL-5352PA and N1050 (model B). One female USB port (USB 2.0, Type A) is installed on the front of the controller for computer connection. Users can use the included USB cable to connect your Windows computer to this controller. This controller is recommended for temperature control applications such as kiln, glass annealing, pottery, furnace, powder coating oven and more.

WS-2000F Series Plug-n-Play Controller Guide
Features:
- Plug-n-play/turnkey unit. No wiring is needed.
- Communication software is included (Windows OS). Users can get access to this controller by the included USB cable. Easy to program and monitor.
- PID algorithm control with high precision (within one degree) and high stability. Displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Solid State Relay (SSR) for long lasting, fast and noise-free power switching.
- Up to 20 Amps power switching capability that meets the maximum allowed amperage for household power sockets.
- Type K thermocouple is accepted.
- Thick strong aluminum extrusion chassis that is durable, splash proof.
- Assembled in U.S.
Controller module features (See here for comparsion table):
- SYL-5352PA model comes with a high brightness 7-segment LED display. N1050 comes with a colorful LCD display.
- Both SYL-5352PA and N1050 have optional ramp soak feature, which can be enabled/disabled on the user end. SYL-5352PA supports up to 32 steps and N1050 supports up to 20 steps. The N1050 module also has built-in timer features.
- Ramp soak timer can be set by minutes or by seconds
- Both SYL-5352PA and N1050 controller modules don't have a data logger feature by themselves. But users can still connect this controller to a Windows computer, then use our provided Windows software to log the real-time temperature data from the controller module.
Note: For better product support, N1050 option is only available for US customers at this time.
Optional sensor options:
- TC-K3MM, 4" (100 mm) long, 900°F (500°C) maximum temperature probe.
- WRNK-191, 6" (150 mm) long, 2000°F (1100°C) maximum temperature probe. The maximum insertion length is 3", and the maximum temperature on the transition area is 750°F (400°C). Probe diameter is 5/32" (4.0 mm). It doesn't fit Ad-KEGTS.
- WRNK-191, 10" (250 mm) long, 2000°F (1100°C) maximum temperature probe. Probe diameter is 5/32" (4.0 mm). It doesn't fit Ad-KEGTS.
- TC-K-KLN, 8 Gauge, Ceramic insulated 12" (300 mm) long nonportable probe, 1300°C ( 2373°F).
- TC-K-KLN, 11 Gauge Ceramic insulated 12" (300 mm) long nonportable probe, 1300°C ( 2373°F).
- TC-K-KLN & TC-K-KLNSH, 11 Gauge 12" Ceramic probe plus 12" ceramic sheath for gas oven (reducing environment) 1300°C (2373°F).
Power supply options:
Model 1: Designed for North America 120V AC power lines, where most circuits and outlets in a home in North America are rated as 15 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 1800W. The input socket is IEC C14 and output socket NEMA 5-15R. For this model, the compatible input power cord option is NEMA 5-15P to C13, 14AWG, 10 ft.
Model 2: Designed for North America 120V AC power lines. Its output power is rated as 20 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 2400W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket NEMA 5-20R. For this model, its compatible input power cable option is NEMA 5-20P to C19.
Model 4: Designed for North America 240V AC power lines. Its output power is rated as 20 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 4800W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket IEC C19. For this model, its compatible input power cable option is NEMA L6-20P to C19. C20 male plug option is also available.
Model 5: Designed for Europe 220V AC power line only. Its output power is rated as 16 Amp. The maximum power this model can drive is 3500W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket IEC C19. The C20 male plug option is also available.

1. Limited by PID module, minimum ramp rate is 0.1°C/min or 144°C/day (for SYL-5352PA).
2. By default, 5ft (1.5m) USB male to male cable is included (Type A to Type A). One end goes to this controller. Other end goes to your Windows PC. Optional 10ft USB cable is also offered.
