To determine the size of control panel for your powder coating oven, please calculate the total current draw first. For example, if you have a 5000-watt heating element, the total current draw is 5000 watt / 240 Volt = 20.83 amps; For one has four 3000-Watt heating elements, the total oven draw is 4 x 3000 Watt / 240 Volt = 50 Amps. Our system uses 40A SSR or 30A contactor; So, 2 x 3000-Watt heating elements should be parallel-wired as one 6000-Watt heater to be connected with one heater output.

By default, all PCO control panel kits require US 240V, four-line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). For intl customers or if you don't have neutral, please contact us for the special version.
If your oven size is over the max limit which your control panel can drive, you can consider using two control panels together. One main control panel (as the ones in the table above), and one auxiliary panel (link)
