Bluetooth PID Turn-key Controller for 120V/240V, TC Based

This listing is a thermocouple based plug-n-play PID temperature controller with up to 20 Amps output capability. It can be used for a variety of applications, like powder coating oven, kiln and smoker. Multiple controller module options and power supply options are offered. See details below. 

The installed PID controller module is N20K48, which is a powerful PID controller with Bluetooth access. Users can use the provided mobile apps (Quicktune Mobile) or Windows software (Quicktune) to get access to this controller via the Bluetooth connection.

Note: This turnkey controller is preset for type K thermocouple. If you need a controller which can read PT100 RTD or other types of thermocouple, please contact us. Please check here for the difference between thermocouple and RTD.

Features for N20K48 PID module:

• Wide and high contrast, vivid color LCD display with thin frame (compared to N1050)
• Wide operation temperature range: -4 to 140°F or -20 to 60°C
• Bluetooth. iOS/Android smartphone Apps are provided. 
• A variety of input types, such as thermocouple, RTD and linear mA/V signal.
• Optional ramp soak function which can be enabled in its settings. 20 ramp soak program profiles, with up to 9 programming steps in every profile. Up to 180 steps when connecting profiles together. 
• Two timer settings 
• Displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius

Sensor port:

This controller has one mini style type K thermocouple female socket on the front. To use this controller, one type K thermocouple sensor with male mini connector on its cable is required (not included in this listing). 

Power supply options:
 
Model 1: It is designed for North America 120V AC power lines, where most circuits and outlets in a home in North America are rated as 15 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 1800W. The input socket is IEC C14 and output socket NEMA 5-15R. For this model, the compatible input power cord option is NEMA 5-15P to C13, 14AWG, 10 ft.
 
Model 2: It is designed for North America 120V AC power lines. Its output power is rated as 20 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 2400W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket NEMA 5-20R. For this model, its compatible input power cable option is 5-20P to C19.
 
Model 4: It is designed for North America 240V AC power lines. Its output power is rated as 20 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 4800W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket IEC C19. For this model, its compatible input power cable option is L6-20P to C19. C20 male plug option is also available.

Model 5: Designed for Europe 220V AC power line only. Its output power is rated as 16 Amp. The maximum power this model can drive is 3500W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket IEC C19. The C20 male plug option is also available.
