This is an experimental PID turnkey temperature controller with linear voltage output. Different than the popular PID & SSR solutions on the market, this WS-3000F-LIN uses a linear PID with SSVR (solid state voltage regulator) solution. Thus, this controller can adjust the output voltage linearly, instead of time proportional control as the typical SSR solution. Please find the SSVR input vs output performance chart below (tested by Auber).
The WS-3000F-LIN is a thermocouple based plug-n-play PID temperature controller with up to 120V/20 Amps output capability. It can be used for a variety of resistive load applications/heating elements, like powder coating oven, kiln and smoker. It can also be used for some simple motor application, such as AC fans and AC water pumps. It is not recommended for single phase asynchronous motors (VFD is recommended instead). Multiple controller module options and power supply options are offered.

Controller module options:
a) SYL-2381 with linear output (SYL-2381-mA). Default option.
b) N20K48 with linear output (Combo-N20K48-mA). Bluetooth PID controller with LCD display. 0.1F/0.1C display resolution.
Sensor port:
WS-3000F-LIN has one mini style type K thermocouple female socket on the front. To use this controller, one type K thermocouple sensor with male mini connector on its cable is required (not included in this listing).
Power supply options:
Model 1: It is designed for North America 120V AC power lines, where most circuits and outlets in a home in North America are rated as 15 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 1800W. The input socket is IEC C14 and output socket NEMA 5-15R. For this model, the compatible input power cord option is NEMA 5-15P to C13, 14AWG, 10 ft.
Model 2: It is designed for North America 120V AC power lines. Its output power is rated as 20 Amp. The maximum power it can drive is 2400W. The input socket is IEC C20 and output socket NEMA 5-20R. For this model, its compatible input power cable option is 5-20P to C19.
