Shipping Carrier Updates (US Domestic): (Direct Link)
USPS updates:
Your USPS order will be shipped from GA, 30022. For the customers in the western US, USPS Ground Advantage shipping time is advised to be about 2-5 biz days (See transit map here. Service: Originating, Mail Class: USPS Ground Advantage, ZIP and City Name: 300 NORTH METRO GA). The actual shipping time might be longer. If you are in critical need of your order, please select UPS/FedEx as your shipping provider to ensure a faster delivery and pleasant buyer experience.
USPS introduced USPS Ground Advantage on July 9, 2023 to replace First Class Package and Parcel Select Ground. This new service can ship up to 70 lb packages.
UPS/FedEx updates:
Introducing FedEx Ground Economy (Formerly FedEx SmartPost): FedEx Ground Economy is a cost-efficient shipping option for small and medium businesses. Typically, delivery takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the distance from the package’s origin (Alpharetta, GA) to its destination. Expect longer times outside the contiguous 48 states. For physical addresses (not PObox, nor APO), the package will only be transit through the FedEx network without USPS. For details, please find here.
FedEx Ground Economy Special Note: Due to system difficulties, we regretted that once the package was picked up, we were unable to request to change/modify the shipping address for FedEx Ground Economy/Smartpost.
For estimated delivery date for UPS/FedEx domestic express services, please find here.
For shipping cutoff time, please find here.
FedEx Money Back Guarantee:
Effective Jan. 3, 2023, the money-back guarantee was reinstated for select FedEx Express® services for U.S. domestic and U.S. export shipments. Services include:
FedEx First Overnight®
FedEx Priority Overnight®
FedEx Standard Overnight®
FedEx money-back guarantee for all other FedEx Express (including saver & 2day) and FedEx Ground® remains suspended. Please see the latest FedEx update page here. Auber Instruments regrets we cannot refund late deliveries until carrier guarantees are reinstated (other than FedEx overnight).
UPS Money Back Guarantee:
The UPS® Service Guarantee is currently only active for UPS Next Day methods. It remains suspended for other methods such as UPS Ground or 3-day. Please see the latest UPS update page here. Auber Instruments regrets we cannot refund late deliveries until carrier guarantees are reinstated (other than UPS Next Day).
Shipping Carrier Updates (International):(Direct Link)
Introducing FedEx Intl Connect Plus: Connect Plus is an economy international shipping method. The package will be transit under the FedEx Express Network and broker charge is included (just like Economy/Priority). For more details, please see FedEx link here.
Special note for USPS Mail Express Intl (EMS): If you need your package urgently, FedEx/DHL is highly recommended instead, which is most likely cheaper and faster than EMS Intl. FedEx/DHL will typically be delivered within one week (Additional fees may apply at the delivery). EMS Intl will be delivered in about 2 weeks without guarantee.
For Canadian customers (updated on 11/15/2024):
We want to let you know that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has announced it began a national strike on Friday, November 15, at 12:01 a.m. ET. This will impact Canada Post services across Canada. Shipments sent through USPS could experience delays to Canada. For latest update, see link here. If you are in critical need of your order, please consider choosing FedEx/DHL, as your order will be most likely delivered in about one week.
If you choose USPS shipping as your carrier at check out, Canada post will be your local delivery carrier. By Auber's shipping data in March 2023, 90% of USPS packages to Canada can be delivered in 2-3 weeks. The rest 10% packages can be delivered in about one month. However, due to the severity and unpredictability for intl shipping, delivery dates remain subject to change. Please visit canadapost.ca/servicealerts for the latest delivery updates on the status of Canada Post network and your order. Informed by Auber shipping insurance company, the waiting period to file the USPS Intl package lost claim is 30 days after the shipment date. If you are in critical need of your order, please consider choosing FedEx/DHL, as your order will be most likely delivered in about one week.
For international customers (updated on 8/1/2023): Currently, the average USPS intl shipping time is about one month. However, this time period can still fluctuate due to future conditions. Informed by Auber shipping insurance company, the waiting period to file the USPS Intl package lost claim is 30 days after the shipment date. If you are in critical need of your order, please consider choosing FedEx/DHL, as your order will be most likely delivered in about one week.
