The AW-SYL-2352 is a Wi-Fi-capable PID controller based on Auber's SYL-2352 1/16 DIN PID controller with SSR output. This unit not only does everything a regular SYL-2352 does but also has 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, which allows a user to access the controller remotely through the AuberWifi phone app anywhere that has an internet connection.
Note 1: For a similar WiFi PID with relay output, please check AW-SYL-2342.
Note 2: AW-SYL-2352 does not have the ramp soak feature. For a similar WiFi PID with ramp soak feature, please check AW-SYL-2352P.
Note 3: For plug-n-play controller (max 20A) with AW-SYL-2352, please check WS-2000F-AW.
Wi-Fi Connectivity Features:
- The AuberWifi app is available for both iOS and Android systems.
- Monitor the current sensor reading, view the data plot, and export historical data.
- Monitor the status of the main output, and the alarm relays.
- Access and change all parameters from the app.

Basic Features of SYL-2352
This PID controller has a dual-line display and is 1/16 DIN size (1.89" x1.89" or 48 mm x 48 mm). The temperature management of industrial equipment, laboratory equipment, espresso machines, beer brewing systems, BBQ grills/smokers, heat treatment ovens, glass kilns, and aquariums are just a few common uses for this controller.
The controller employs a PID algorithm with advanced artificial intelligence that is capable of handling systems that are often slow or challenging to operate with a traditional PID controller. The temperature will be maintained by the controller within a tolerable range of the default PID settings. The auto-tune feature will increase control stability and precision to within one degree. Most of the time, users don't need to toggle the perplexing PID parameters in order to stabilize the system.
More than twenty different input sensors/devices are supported by this industrial-grade PID controller with excellent precision and full features, covering practically all application needs. There are more than ten programmable ways to trigger two alarm outputs. Even when the controller is turned off, all of the control and setting parameters are kept in its non-volatile memory. When using a thermocouple sensor, recently incorporated advanced cold junction compensation circuits substantially reduce temperature drift.
This unit has 12VDC output for controlling an external solid-state relay (SSR).
Features:
- PID control with a fuzzy-logic enhancement for outstanding stability control
- 0.2% accuracy over the entire input range
- Displays in either Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature unit
- Percent output indication for easy troubleshooting of the system
- Supports both heating and cooling mode
- Auto/manual control with bump-less transfer
- Dual alarm outputs with 10+ activation methods/situations
- Selectable security access levels
- High brightness, large LED display - easily read from a distance
- Manual and US technical support
- 6-month limited warranty. See details here.
