New product released!
The KIT-GSO400S DIY kit is a standard build-it-yourself control panel for the gas fired oven with light and fan control. Utilizing a PID temp controller and an independent timer, this panel can show set temp, run temp, set time and run time at the same time. To reset the timer and start another batch, press the blue reset button momentarily. During the batch, one can use a manual switch to turn ON/OFF the burner if needed. A yellow 2-in-1 voltmeter & ammeter shows the system power status. The alarm buzzer is used for both temp alarm and finishing alarm. One can mute either alarm by its assigned mute switch.
Wiring diagram and other installation files are available to download after purchase.
Feature comparison between GSO203S and GSO400S
1. For GSO203S, the PID controller has a built-in timer feature. By default, this meter will show temp reading on the top and timer on the bottom. You can start the timer automatically, once the reading temp reaches your set point. The timer function can also shut off the burner when time is up.
2. For GSO400S, it has one independent timer. So this panel can show both your reading temp, set temp and timer info at the same time. You need to manually start the timer. But once time is up, the timer can still shut off the burner.
3. GSO203S has one buzzer and one alarm mute switch. It can be used to mute both temp alarm and timer alarm at the same time. GSO400S has one buzzer and two alarm mute switches. Users can manually mute either the temp alarm or timer alarm.
