It includes both temperature control and timer counting features, so users can cure the parts in the oven at the set temperature over a certain amount of time. Description:
This control panel is built with some of the most popular components Auber Instruments has to offer to the metal finishing enthusiasts. With the PID controller SYL-2352, the user can directly change the set temperature by using the up and down arrow keys (view/change other system parameters by holding SET key for 2 seconds). The timer JSL-74 has only a few parameters to set up; if a door needs to be opened during a batch, one can use a pause or stop key to interrupt the timer. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be started again by pressing the reset button.
When the set temperature is reached, one can shut off one of the heaters to hold the temperature. The heater switches are connected to contactor coils. So once they are turned to OFF position, the heater outlet will be powered off completely by the contactor. Meanwhile, system performance is enhanced by SSR (Solid State Relay). When the heater switch is turned to ON position, the PID controller will provide power to the element via SSR which will take action in only 2 seconds.
The sensor provided in this control panel is our TC-K3MM. It is suitable for low oven application and can handle up to 900 degree F. The 1/8" diameter probe offers a good balance between the fast response time in the air and reasonable mechanical strength. The base of the probe is made of a 0.55" (15 mm) long 5/16"-24 screw for easy mounting. The probe is 4" long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) diameter made of stainless steel with a plated brass base. Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m), optional longer cable length 11 ft (3.5m) is also available.

- The control panel is designed for North America 240V AC power lines which require four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
- This control system is designed for heating elements (resistive load) only, not for gas burners nor propane heaters. If you want to use the system for a gas burner or other types of heater, please contact us before purchase; otherwise, your purchase may not be covered by our warranty.
- Input power cord (SOOW 6/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- The heating element is not included.
- Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m), optional longer cable length 11 ft (3.5m) is also available. If you need a longer sensor cable, please contact us.
- This PCO304 is a main control panel, which can operate by itself. If you plan to use this control panel for a larger oven which is over its limit, you may consider using an auxiliary control panel together with this main panel (2-panel setup). See CP30-PCO, CP50-PCO and CP75-PCO for details. It is not recommended to use two main control panels (like 2 x PCO304) for a same oven due to the potential tuning issues.
