The WS-2381A high powered PID controller can be used for a variety of applications, such as powder coating ovens, kilns, smokers and beer brewing, micro distillation, etc. This controller has a RS-485 (Modbus) data communication function, which allows you to use your computer/PLC to remotely monitor or control this controller.

Controller options:
The PID controller module in this controller is SYL-2381-SSR-S. It has SSR main output and also RS485 (Modbus) function.
Sensor options:
The PT100 RTD sensor is used in this controller. The sensor socket on this controller is XLRCON-M.
1/4", 1/4 NPT RTD probe (PT100-L100NPT) is included. 8' braided cable with XLRCON-M connector is included.
RS485 Female Plug with 8' Cable option:
This model includes one RS485 female plug (P2CON-XS6) and a separate 8' data cable (RTDWIRE).
Power supply options:
This controller is designed for North America 120V AC power lines, where most circuits and outlets in American homes are rated as 15 Amp. The maximum power output is 1800W. The input socket is IEC C14 and output socket NEMA 5-15R. For this model, the compatible input power cord option is 5-15P to C13, 14AWG, 10 ft.
