Detailed Descriptions
This panel is built with some of Auber's most popular products for the beer brewing community. For example, our latest version of EZboil
® controller,
DSPR320A. It is a digital power regulator designed to automate the liquid boiling process. It has both step mashing and multi-events boiling features. Step mashing is a temperature control function that utilizes special mashing artificial intelligence algorithms, making it easier and more convenient to operate than a traditional PID controller. The multi-events boiling feature can bring the liquid to boil at the maximum speed and then automatically reduce the power to maintain the boil at the desired level, providing a linear and uniform power output with 1% resolution. The power adjustment is done with a rotary encoder that is easier to operate compared to manual button adjustments. Up to nine brew steps can be programmed for a variety of purposes, e.g., adding ingredients at specific intervals.
DSPR320A has two alarm outputs. Alarm 1 is used for AUX1 auto control and alarm 2 is used for temperature alarm purposes. For example, a brewer can assign the rL1 to drive a cooling pump to cool the wort at a desired stemp or assign the rL2 to trigger the external flashing buzzer when the temperature is overshooting.
One PT100 type RTD probe with one 8’ braided cable is included in the package. Please select the model number of your preferred probe in the “RTD Probe Option”. If you want to install the probe on the wall of the tank, the 2 inch long, weldless fitting probe,
PT100-L50M14, is the most common one to use. If you want to insert the probe in the circulation through a Tee connection, the 1.5 inch long, with ½ NPT thread mounting,
PT100-L401/2NPT, is the most common probe to use. For RIMS system, the 6" probe,
PT100-L1501/2NPT, can be used. Seven
tri-clamp probe options are available. Please leave a note for the tri-clamp probe# you need.

1) This system is designed for North America 240V AC power lines that require a four lines power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). The heater output connection is NEMA standard type.
2) It is recommended to hook up this system with a GFCI or Earth Leak protector protected power line because water is involved in the brewing equipment.
3) We also provide a DIY Kit for this control panel, please see
here.
4) Input power cords are not included because each user may have different hook up requirements in terms of cable length or connection type.
5) Heating element is not included.
