This PT100 RTD temperature sensor is for applications that need liquid tight seal, such as beer brewing or biodiesel production. Different than other liquid tight RTD sensors that we offer, this probe uses one weather-proof/water-resistance connector (P2CON-WR3-M). It makes the whole probe head weather-proof. The probe body is made of stainless steel, and it comes with male water-resistance connector. Optional silicone braided cable and optional cable mating connector option are offered.
Please note, probes and cables in this listing CANNOT be used with Auber's regular liquid-tight probes (listed here) nor regular braided cables/XLR cables/XLR-M cables installed with RTDCON connector. The water-resistant connector used in this product (P2CON-WR3) is NOT compatible with Auber's RTDCON connector. For questions, please contact us.
Probe options: 19 different probe length/thread options are offered for this listing. Please see the form below. Please choose the probe option above accordingly. For tri-clamp probe option, please leave a note for the probe option# in the comment box during checkout. Or you can simply send us an email for the trip-clamp probe you want.
Cable options: Silicone Braided cable option is offered. Silicone braided cable added an extra layer of metal braid between the outside silicone insulation and inside Teflon insulation for better protection and durability. It is stronger than standard non-braided silicone cable on the market. One end of braided cable is female water resistance connector (to connect the probe), another end of braided cable is female XLR connector (to connect the panel mount mating cable). The connector on the panel mount mating cable is male XLR connector.
Three color options are offered for silicone braided cable: black, red, blue and yellow.
The water-resistance connector on the probe is male. The mating water-resistance connector on the cable is female.

Cable option explanation:
Default option "Probe head w/ cable connector" includes one weather-proof probe and one weather-proof female cable connector (see link here). No cable is included.
Option "Without cable and connector" includes one weather-proof probe only.
Option "12 ft Silicone Braided Cable w/ Mating Cable" includes one weather-proof probe, one silicone braided cable and one panel mount mating XLR male cable.
Note 1: This product is not compatible with PT100-L401/2NPT-WR nor PT100-L50M14-WR. Please contact us if you need replacement cables for it.
Note 2: The included probe is not compatible with our current braided cables (due to the different connector), including Cable-braided, Cable-braided-XLR, Cable-braided-XLR-M or PT100L-Cable-S.

Note 4: For customers ordered the waterproof probe head and cable before 7/30/2021, the pin assignment for our current products may not be the same as your products. You may need to change the wiring between the sensor cable and your controller. For assistance, please contact us.
