Liquid Weighing Dispensing Filling Machine, High Accuracy

AWM-L03 liquid weighing dispensing machine, or gravimetric liquid dispenser, is a closed loop dispensing/packaging system by weight. It provides a higher level of accuracy than the timer controlled precision dispensing system. Different than AWM-L01 model, L03 model has a small built-in peristaltic pump. It can handle a wide variety of fluids without cross-contamination issue.

Key features are below:

1). Universal design for different dispensing projects. For traditional dispensing systems by time, user may need to adjust the dispensing time for different types of liquid or different liquid pressure. Dispensing by weight can eliminate all these time related factors for better accuracy and user-friendly.

2). Automatic dispensing mode for easy use. Exclusive automatic mode can sense the placement of new container, auto-tare the weight of the container and auto-dispense by your set weight. It will auto-zero when you remove the container from the scale. Users do not need to press any keys during the whole process.

3). Memory feature. User can store up to 4 pre-set dispensing set values in the machine for future use.

4). Built-in peristaltic pump. The advantages of using the peristaltic pump than other type of pump are: The type of fluid is not limited by the material of the pump. By selecting the correct tubing material, either highly corrosive material or strong organic solvent can be dispensed. The cross contamination from different types of liquid, or different batches can also be eliminated by simply replacing the tube.

5). Compatible liquid: pure liquid, free of impurities, non-viscous, non-corrosive, like vinegar or perfume. Low viscous oil is compatible, including vegetable oil, olive oil, hemp seed oil, MCT oil, CBD oil, etc.

Note 1: The max flow rate for the built-in pump of AWM-L03 is 90mL/min. For large dispensing project, please see AWM-L04 (with built-in 460mL/min peristaltic pump) or AWM-L02 (with external pump). Please contact us if you have any questions.

Note 2: The built-in pump & pump head & tubing has limited life time. It could be a little bit difficult to service and repair this whole machine. For mass production customers, please consider dispensing machine AWM-L02 with external peristaltic pump. External pump will be easier to be serviced/repaired.
