Excellent Product.
Well thought out and well written instructions.
Friendly and helpful staff (they even followed my tongue-in-cheek additional shipping instruction to "please draw a horse on the box". And a fine horse it was)!
Locating the PID between the grouphead and the steam wand gives a nice look. It's a good compromise between the effort & drawbacks of mounting it in the front panel and the add-on look of hanging it from the side as other kits do. I used a dremel tool to grind away a bit of the brass steam-wand nut to allow the PID to sit flush with the front panel whilst still maintaining a small gap between the PID and the grouphead.
I'm a thoroughly pleased customer.
