The STL201 is a 50A still heat control panel for automating the distillation process. This panel is designed to handle up to two 5500W/240V elements. It has one still heat controller to control the distillation process in your boiler and also a thermometer to monitor the vapor temperature at the top of the column.

The STL201 is built with some of the most popular products Auber has to offer. With the DSPR400 temperature controller, users can take in the enjoyment of making alcohol while skipping the tedious process of automating the distillation. In mash mode, its temperature control function utilizes an artificial intelligence algorithm optimized for mashing application. It is easier to understand and more convenient to operate than a PID controller. In distilling mode, the boiler heat is controlled by the linear and uniform power output with 1% resolution; the temperature is monitored in 0.1-degree resolution. The distillation process can be stopped by either a preset temperature or preset time. DSPR400 comes with two relay outputs. In the STL201 panel, relay 1 of DSPR400 is to control the supplementary heater (other than the main heater) for the initial heating period to achieve both ramp-up speed and temperature stability. Relay 2 is for timer alarm purposes. Temperature alarm is controlled by the SYL-2362 PID module (located on the right).
Two PT100 RTD probes with 8' braided cable are included in the listing. Please select the model number of your preferred probe. Seven tri-clamp probe options are available. Please leave a note for the tri-clamp probe# you need. If you order two probes in this listing, two braided cables will be included. If you order one probe or less, we will include the same qty of cables in your package.
